This Privacy Policy explains how Dönüştür Geri Dönüşüm İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data through its website and mobile applications.

3. International Transfers
Personal data may be stored and processed on servers located in Germany (EU), in compliance with KVKK and GDPR.
4. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data.
5. Deletion of Your Data and Closing Your Account
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data in two ways:
- In the app (immediate): Profile → Agreements & Policies → Delete Account. After entering your password and confirming with your reason, your account and data are deleted.
- Via web / e-mail: Submit a request through our Account Deletion Request page or by e-mailing [email protected] with the phone number or e-mail address registered to your account. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
Deleted data: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, Turkish ID number, address details, IBAN/payment details, request history and (for courier accounts) location records.
Retained data: Invoice and expense voucher records are retained for 10 years as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and related legislation, and are automatically deleted at the end of this period.
